what criteria be taken to allote the circle to a candidate. some student have less mark and gat circle (34) , some student gat more mark do not get circle (34). student pankaj yadav got-50.75 marks and get circle (35). but i got -62.5 marks and i get cicle (28) .but my ist & second choice is 34& 35. what reson behind that . may i claim for right information.

some peaple says that 10 circle add in old circle becouse of that it start from 11.

i agree with pankaj . circle allotment is tootaly froud
